5 stars out of 5!Judith helped me get back on my feet when I suffered a bout of insomnia after returning to work as a 1st time mom. I had spent a few months back and forth from doctor’s offices trying to figure out what was going on and feeling hopeless and deflated. It wasn’t until I changed family doctors that I learned there was such a thing as CBT for insomnia. I was lucky enough to find Judith through a google search and from our 1st discussion, she started to make me feel at ease, and like I wasn’t alone. While doctors had gone straight to prescribing strong sleeping pills that only made the issue worse, Judith’s approach was focused on talking, listening, learning and getting to the root of the problem over time, while giving me techniques to help me cope with the bad nights more effectively day by day. Just like she promised in our first session, over time, my confidence grew and my sleep improved. Within 6 sessions, I saw a great improvement in the quality of my sleep, and today 3 months later, another improvement again. I would highly recommend Judith’s program!
Getting a good night’s sleep has been a lifelong struggle for me. I am so grateful for my sessions with Judith as I have finally made peace with my sleep! I haven’t taken any form of sleep aid since last September. It’s amazing to see how small little habits I learned can have such a huge impact on my sleep – and life. I still have the odd night where I toss and turn, but I no longer get anxious about it. I finally feel free from something that controlled my life for so many years.
