Sleeping well, together with diet and exercise are the key components of an effective weight loss plan.

Join us for this 3 hour workshop where we will explore the relationship between sleep and weight management, discuss proven strategies on how to optimize sleep and learn how to quiet the noisy mind at night to help with getting the sleep you need.
