This two part, hands on course is for parents of children between 6 to 12 years of age.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence based, non invasive, medication free approach to treating insomnia.
In this course we will target common sleep problems that occur in children such as:
- Difficulty falling asleep
- Remaining asleep and
- Early morning wakings
You will learn effective age appropriate strategies to help your child fall asleep and stay asleep.
